Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Standard Shipping (India): 5–7 business days
Express Shipping (India): 2–3 business days
International Shipping: 10–20 business days depending on destination

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹5,000 within India.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order in real time.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at our contact page. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue.
