Returns

We accept returns within 3 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
• Custom or personalised orders
• Items marked as final sale
• Any item returned after the 3-day window will not be accepted

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
